Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tools.
• HVAC knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all duties related to upkeep of school facilities.
• Follow safety protocols and instructions.
• Obtain MA 7D license (district paid).
• Work around moving machinery safely and confidently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending/squatting.
