Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of building cleaning and facilities and grounds maintenance in schools and admin buildings.
• Monitors cleanliness and security; performs preventative and minor maintenance; stock and deliver supplies.
• Cleans hallways, classrooms, bathrooms, offices, cafeterias, gymnasiums and other rooms; handles waste.
• Replaces light bulbs; minor repairs to plumbing, electrical and fixtures; checks heating/ventilation.
