Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating light maintenance and cleaning equipment (mowers, edgers, vacuums, scrubbers, extractors, etc.).
• Ability to move objects weighing up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to climb a six ft ladder.
• Must be able to independently follow written instructions.
• Must be competent, after suitable instruction, in the proper use of chemicals and compounds used in the custodial process.
• Must be competent, after suitable instruction, in the operation, care and use of all assigned custodial equipment.
