Responsibilities

• Opens and secures building.
• Cleans floors, carpets, restrooms; strips, buffs and mops assigned areas.
• Removes trash; maintains exterior areas.
• Dusts furniture and walls; cleans mirrors and windows.
• Sanitizes drinking fountains and replaces dispensers.
• Maintains grounds including mowing and leaf removal.
• Replaces light bulbs and ceiling tiles.
• Assists with snow removal and supervising student riders.
• Supports maintenance technicians as required.
• Performs other custodial tasks as assigned.
