Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and follow cleaning, maintenance, and safety instructions.
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building/grounds upkeep.
• Operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment.
• Handle cleaning supplies properly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cleaning schedule for floors, chalkboards, wastebaskets, windows, furniture, equipment, and restrooms.
• Keep buildings and grounds neat and clean including sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and play areas.
• Comply with local laws for trash storage and disposal; maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist in maintenance and minor repairs, report major repairs as needed.
