Responsibilities

• Keeps the building and grounds neat and clean at all times.
• Regulates heat/air conditioning systems to provide appropriate temperatures year-round.
• Cleans floors daily and disinfects bathrooms regularly.
• Reports property damage immediately.
• Serves as a substitute bus driver as required.
