Job summary

Roaring Fork School District seeks a Custodian to maintain clean, safe school facilities in Colorado. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, cafeterias, hallways, and classrooms; performing routine maintenance and setting up rooms for events; and assisting with snow removal when needed.

The role requires dependability, ability to follow directions, and willingness to work irregular hours. Prior cleaning experience is preferred; formal reading/writing ability is needed to follow MSDS and

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and maintaining building interiors is desirable.
• Ability to read and write at the level required for successful job performance.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect and deodorize restrooms and fixtures; replenish supplies.
• Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and cafeteria areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors; set up rooms for meetings and events.
• Move furniture; replace light bulbs; maintain equipment.
• Secure facilities after hours and assist in snow removal when needed.
