Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs with the Carpenter Foreman to coordinate district-wide work.
• Coordinate with administrators to minimize disruption to activities.
• Perform carpentry repairs and modifications as directed.
• Ensure all work is performed safely to protect occupants.
• Utilize construction tools and equipment (power hand tools, mills, and hand tools).
• Follow building codes and apply carpentry knowledge to projects.
• Build walls, install doors, trim, ceilings, tile work, and roof repairs as directed.
• Assess repairs and determine the most effective approach.
