Responsibilities

• Operate boilers and water heaters; maintain boiler room equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of boilers and heaters.
• Clean and service building systems and ventilation units.
• Maintain outside areas, cafeteria setup and cleaning, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with pool safety and chemical checks as needed.
