Qualifications

• Experience in a site role, preferably in a school/college.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and compliance.
• Proactive approach with ability to prioritise and address issues.
• Excellent team player able to work with different staff colleagues.
• Experience supervising/managing a team; budget management and administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the estates for students and staff, ensuring maintenance and legislative compliance.
• Work as part of the Trust Central Team; role based at Mayfield School with opportunities to collaborate Trust‑wide Estates team.
• Supervise a team and manage the budget, and undertake admin tasks as required.
• Ensure the right environment for SEND students to flourish and be safe.
