Job summary

Lucia Mar Unified School District is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Person for the Warehouse site. Under general supervision, you will receive, store and issue school, custodial and food service supplies, and deliver to District kitchens and sites.

You will maintain inventory using a computerized system and support daily operations. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid California driver's license, insurability, knowledge of warehouse procedures, and the ability to operate a

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of valid California driver's license and insurability.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures including receiving, inspecting materials, and inventory forms.
• Ability to operate a forklift and maintain warehouse/delivery records.

Responsibilities

• Pick, palletize and deliver food and equipment to District kitchens.
• Receive, store and issue supplies.
• Organize, maintain and control computerized warehouse inventory system.
• Deliver instructional materials, equipment and textbooks.
• Produce and maintain separate delivery systems for various District items.
• Advise on quantity limitations on projected orders.
• Record and tag equipment with district property tags.
• Perform other duties as required.
