Qualifications

• Three years experience in network based database operations, ideally with emphasis on school district student attendance systems.
• Two years experience in database management and good general aptitude and experience with a variety of PC based applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
• Equivalent to completion of an AA degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Operate district network applications and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Monitor the district-wide school attendance system and generate standard reports.
• Create special reports and assist in data extraction for staff needs.
• Train staff on system usage and serve as liaison to the software provider.
• Document procedures and manage backups and data security.
