• Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers and ACH transactions.
• Review aged payables with supervisor for processing.
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts as needed.
• Files, maintains and distributes accounting documents, records and reports.
• Manage independent contractor payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vendor payments and ACH transactions.
• Assist with monthly closings and status reports.
• Support preparation of monthly status updates and financial documentation.
• Maintain organized filing and distribution of accounting records.
