Job summary

The Goddard School® of Doylestown - Bailiwick is seeking a proactive School Director to oversee daily operations, support educators and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families.

As Director, you will uphold brand standards, lead staff development, implement the Wonder of Learning curriculum, and build strong school-family-community relationships. Prioritize safety, compliance and community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.
• Must pass state background checks and meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team.
• Deliver Wonder of Learning program designed to spark curiosity and growth.
• Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the community.
• Manage the budget, enrollment and resources for operational success.
• Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children, staff and visitors.
