Job summary

The Goddard School of Waunakee, WI is seeking a proactive School Director to oversee daily operations, support educators, and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families. You will uphold branding and licensing standards, lead staff development, and implement our Wonder of Learning curriculum while strengthening school-family-community relationships.

As Director, you will manage the budget, enrollment, and resources, champion health and safety, and drive ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Administration: Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team.
• Curriculum and Program Development: Deliver the proprietary Wonder of Learning program to spark curiosity and growth.
• Family and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families and promote the school in the community.
• Financial Management: Manage the budget, enrollment and resources for operational success.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean environment for children, staff and visitors.
