As Director, you will uphold brand and licensing standards, lead staff development, implement our Wonder of Learning curriculum and build strong school-family-community relationships. This role offers opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development, Education, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education.
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and support staff to build a positive team.
• Foster team building, coaching and mentoring.
• Develop staff training and professional development plans.
• Oversee enrollment, tours and class lists.
