Job summary

New Horizon Academy in Dubuque, IA seeks a dedicated school director to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. The role demands proven organizational and leadership abilities to guide a thriving early childhood program.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with 2 years of licensed ECE experience and at least 1 year in management, plus knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards to ensure program

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
• 1 year of managerial experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting preferred.
