Responsibilities

• Coordinates the activities of other food-service employees to create an enjoyable dining experience.
• Oversees preparation and service of food and beverage items in line with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Plans menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service and supervision of serving meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email for electronic complaints.
• Trains employees and assigns work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
