Job summary

Franklin Academy Charter Schools is seeking an Information Management Technician (IMT) to provide administrative and operational support to staff, students, and families. You will handle communications, assist with enrollment and events, and maintain accurate student data in school systems.

The role is full-time with an 12-month schedule and offers medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K with match, PTO, holidays, and a retention stipend. The hourly rate ranges from $14.00 to $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to school-based administration, staff, teachers and parent inquiries via phone and email.
• Participate in recruitment and outreach campaigns to meet enrollment goals.
• Input data into PowerSchool & Terms (attendance, grades, courses, service hours) and verify accuracy.
• Update existing data and retrieve data from databases as requested.
• Follow safety procedures and comply with laws and school policies.
• Perform other duties as delegated by the Principal.
