Job summary

Shelby Eastern Schools is seeking full-time Custodians for Morristown/Waldron High Schools in Indiana. Responsibilities include event setup, cleaning, and coordinating tasks with supervision. Ability to work alone or with others, solve problems, and adapt schedules for events is required.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with benefits including paid vacation, holiday pay, medical coverage, PERF, and a consistent 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Must have valid Indiana Driver's License.
• Ability to be moving or standing up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to periodically adjust schedule for special events, and or training situations.
• Self-Starter.
• Must be able to work alone as well as with others.
• Ability to solve problems, schedule and lead others in getting tasks completed on time.
• Admirable Attendance Record.
• Must be able to climb stairs/bleachers.
