Job summary

Qualifications

• The position requires a 40-hour workweek, occasional overtime, and emergency response as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Care for floors and carpets; empty trash and replenish supplies.
• Clean windows and furnishings; operate custodial equipment safely.
• Perform minor repairs; assist with event setup and cleanup.
• Remove snow, ice, and debris from entrances and walkways.
• Report equipment and supply needs; secure buildings.
