Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• T Keeps building and premises safe and clean at all times.
• Performs cleaning in offices, hallways, classrooms, cafeterias, and restrooms.
• Wash windows, walls, sinks, and fountains.
• Disposal of refuse and recyclables on site and nearby areas.
• Maintain records and suggest supplies as needed.
• Emergency clean-up for spills, vandalism or illness.
• Floor maintenance and carpet equipment operation.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Seasonal snow and ice removal at doorways and sidewalks.
• Address emergencies with Facilities Director guidance.
• Occasional overtime to cover department needs.
• Maintain organized custodial spaces and stock levels.
