Job summary

Marysville-Pilchuck High School is seeking a Custodian Lead for the day shift to oversee custodial staff and ensure a safe, clean learning environment. You will report to the Custodial Manager and coordinate daily workloads across facilities.

The role requires leadership, safety awareness, and strong communication with administration, staff, and students. Must maintain district safety procedures and pass required trainings; salary follows SEIU Local 925 12-Month schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1st Aid & CPR training; maintained for duration of employment.
• Fingerprint clearance required by Washington State.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.
• I-9 Employment Eligibility in compliance with law.
• Completion of district-required training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility security and safety for students and staff.
• Plan and supervise custodial maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain inventory and supervise custodial staff under your lead.
• Monitor timesheets and coordinate with Custodial Manager.
• Uphold district custodial procedures and safety standards.
