Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• Prior customer service experience and 1 year of similar work are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris; manage spills in designated areas.
• Regularly empty trash and maintain recycling in all designated areas.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Notify lead cleaner or manager about repairs or additions to building systems.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
