Essential duties include cleaning assigned areas, mopping floors daily, servicing restrooms, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the building and grounds. The candidate should be attentive to safety rules and procedures while fulfilling their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the building and grounds neat and clean at all times.
• Cleans assigned areas daily.
• Cleans/dusts furniture, walls, machines, and equipment regularly.
• Mops all assigned areas daily.
• Strips, seals, finishes, and polishes floors.
• Empties all assigned trash containers daily.
• Cleans and mops all assigned restrooms.
• Services, cleans, and supplies restrooms daily.
• Dusts horizontal surfaces once a week.
• Keeps all floors in a clean and attractive condition.
• Cleans and disinfects all drinking fountains twice daily.
• Keeps the building and grounds free from trash and litter.
• Follows all safety rules and proper procedures.
• Reports property damage or needed repairs.
• Maintains a regular schedule.
• Moves furniture or equipment as directed.
