Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking a part-time Custodian to maintain cleanliness at Holmes Middle School in Covington, Kentucky. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, cleaning classrooms, and performing minor repairs. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and be able to work independently.

The position offers up to 3.7 hours a day with pay ranging from $16.29 to $25.56 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Any combination equivalent to: high school diploma, G.E.D. or progress to achieve a G.E.D. as required by Kentucky law.
• Experience with custodial work and routine maintenance.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial activities to maintain buildings, locker rooms, and grounds in a clean state.
• Use cleaning materials and methods according to pre‑determined standards.
• Observe and report needs for maintenance and repair.
