Job summary

Responsibilities include floor care, window washing, furniture setup for events, basic repairs, and reporting hazards. This is a physically demanding role requiring reliability and adherence to district policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine custodial work and basic maintenance.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety precautions.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Capable of heavy physical labor and long shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial activities at assigned District site or facility.
• Clean classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, offices and related facilities.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors and clean surfaces.
• Wash windows, move furniture, and prepare rooms for events.
• Replace light bulbs, inspect fixtures and perform minor repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and report hazards promptly.
