Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a public school setting preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling required.
• Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman tasks preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of building facilities.
• Prepare spaces for the next day by tidying, trash removal, and dusting.
• Sweep, mop floors, and vacuum carpets.
• Sanitize toilets, sinks, and showers; restock disposables.
• Wipe mirrors and windows; maintain outer areas.
• Support minor maintenance and repairs; report major damages.
• Secure facilities after hours and assist with setup of alarms.
• Perform occasional custodial tasks as needed.
