Job summary

HES is recruiting custodians and general cleaners to support Williamson County TN Schools. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining facilities, including restrooms, classrooms, and common areas, in a fast-paced educational environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work in various temperatures. HES values reliability, teamwork, and physical stamina to ensure clean and safe school facilities for students and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycle; clean restrooms, lockers, and fixtures.
• Clean windows, desks, walls, and entry areas; maintain general facility cleanliness.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as directed by custodial supervisor.
