Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and maintain floors as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and dust surfaces; manage waste daily.
• Perform minor non-cleaning maintenance (light bulbs, toilets, tiles, etc.).
• Follow lawn and facility maintenance tasks (mowing, weed-eating, edging, pruning).
• Open/close and secure facilities; manage lighting and alarms; respond to emergencies.
• Performs duties independently or as part of a custodial crew and supports co-workers.
