Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of HIPAA, Public Records, Sunshine Law, FERPA and privacy-related regulations.
• Ability to operate basic custodial equipment and use district computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, minor repairs, lawn care and routine cleaning tasks (light painting, graffiti removal).
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, lounges and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, wax, vacuum, dust and replace supplies as directed.
• Dispose of waste, support recycling, and maintain outside areas as needed.
• Report damages and provide basic maintenance to equipment; comply with safety rules.
