Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and conducts general building maintenance including replacing bulbs and laminate/ceiling tiles, and HVAC components as needed.
• Cleans indoor areas: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waxing floors, cleaning tables and carpets.
• Open/close buildings daily as per schedule; report repairs to supervisor.
• Maintain parking lots and manage disposal of trash per local laws.
• Keep records of equipment, inventory, safety inspections and requisition supplies as needed.
