Qualifications

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of custodial duties including lifting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder work.
• Ability to establish relations with staff and school personnel; follow supervision and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, dewax and wax floors as needed.
• Clean blinds, windows, lights, walls, carpet and fixtures; empty waste and dispose of trash.
• Move furniture and equipment as directed and assist with space usage for activities.
• Report damages and safety concerns to the principal or lead custodian.
