Job summary

Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Custodian for Wayland Union Schools on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm), Monday to Friday with one weekend per month. Location: Wayland, MI area.

Core duties include Mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal and other cleaning tasks per the building map. Consistent attendance, respectful communication, and following GRBS procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS processes.
• Communicate with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Mop floors and dust surfaces.
• Clean restrooms; remove trash; assist with other cleaning tasks as assigned.
