Responsibilities

• Accept direction from Head Custodian, Supervisor, or Administrator.
• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties in all areas.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows using approved equipment.
• Mop, scrub, strip, wax, shampoo, vacuum, and spot-clean carpeting and floors.
• Move furnishings as required for routine and major cleaning.
• Operate small equipment and tools with care.
• Report safety or operational concerns to maintain a safe school environment.
• Maintain security for keys, alarm codes, equipment, and supplies.
