Faribault Public Schools is seeking a full-time Head Custodian for the Nerstrand location. Hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, overseeing cleanliness and safety and leading a team of custodians to maintain a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The Head Custodian coordinates daily cleaning, assists with event setup and teardown, enforces health and safety policies, and secures the building at shift end.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate custodial staff activities.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of all areas.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Assist with setup and teardown for school events or activities.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and school policies.
