Job summary

HES is seeking a Zone Manager for custodial services in Jacksonville, FL to support our regional account base. You will oversee multiple accounts in Duval County, coordinate on-site teams, and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.

The role requires travel within the county, strong leadership, and a focus on achieving financial results for HES. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities across 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and school hours.

Qualifications

• Progressive management experience in custodial contracting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Basic custodial knowledge relevant to facilities management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for HES values and drive the company mission.
• Coordinate personnel and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Motivate and develop team members and ensure accountability.
• Oversee multiple accounts in Duval County with local travel required.
• Support on-site Supervisors and Managers to achieve financial results.
