Job summary

The Anchorage School District seeks a Frontline Custodial/Middle School Crew Chief at MEARS MIDDLE SCHOOL. This full-time role oversees custodial staff, assigns cleaning work, monitors quality, and may perform minor repairs. A retirement association with PERS is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ASD Operations training or test for crew chief required.
• Three years of custodial work experience plus three years of supervision/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Survey and measure buildings for cleaning production rates.
• Assign workload in schools and inspect work.
• Provide orientation training to new employees and demonstrate procedures.
