Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of custodial supervision/management experience.
• Three years of custodial hands-on cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning methods.
• Ability to provide hands-on training with custodial tools and products.

Responsibilities

• Survey and measure buildings to determine cleaning production rates.
• Assign workload and inspect work in schools.
• Provide orientation training and demonstrate procedures to staff.
• Maintain work procedures in line with ASD policies and the bargaining unit contract.
• Ensure assigned facilities meet required cleanliness standards and safety practices.
