Responsibilities

• Control vehicular traffic and pedestrians in school zones to ensure safety.
• Coordinate and time stopping of traffic to avoid congestion.
• Caution and report drivers violating crossings or pedestrian rights‑of‑ways.
• Regularly check safety hazards near assigned crossing zone.
• Establish a cooperative relationship with school staff in the crossing zone.
