Job summary

All City Management Services in North Olathe, KS, is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead and support our School Crossing Guard program. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding guards, coordinating field operations, and ensuring students' safe travel to and from school on a part-time, seasonal schedule.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching guards; supervising daily field activities; conducting site visits and safety checks; managing staffing, payroll, and equipment;

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using smartphones, email, and technology.
• Reliable transportation with current automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds.
• Ability to successfully complete all required background screening.

Responsibilities
