Job summary

All City Management Services Walnut is seeking a part-time School Crossing Guard in Walnut, CA to help students travel safely before and after school with two short shifts and potential bonus time for full-day coverage.

As a School Crossing Guard, you will assist pedestrians at crossings, manage traffic around schools, and communicate professionally with students, parents, staff, and drivers. Training is provided and safety equipment is supplied.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Able to stand during scheduled shifts.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

About this position

School Crossing Guard (Multiple Openings)

Location: Walnut

Pay: $19.00 per hour

School Crossing Guards work before and after school, Monday through Friday, following the local school calendar. Typical schedules are 2 hours per day. Candidates working both assigned shifts receive additional paid bonus time, with up to total daily earnings of $57.00.

Every morning and afternoon, School Crossing Guards help create a safer route for students walking to and from school. As a School Crossing Guard, you'll become a familiar and trusted presence in your neighborhood while helping children cross the street safely.
