Starting Salary: $50,865.96 annually, $978.19 weekly

General Description:

The position entails managing School Crossing Guard Supervisors and School Crossing Guards. The role includes performing traffic safety duties of standard complexity and overseeing the training of both new and existing school safety officers. Additionally, the position is responsible for coordinating various administrative processes within a District/Section, functioning in a specialized technical or operational role.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Must be Certified as a Crossing Guard Trainer by the Florida Department of Transportation within six (6) months of employment.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft and Excel.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license.

Selection Process:

The selection process will include a review of each qualified applicant’s education and experience and a formal interview in accordance with VSO policies and procedures.

This position will require an extensive background investigation.
