We are seeking reliable and responsible School Crossing Guards to join our team dedicated to Keeping Kids Safe in Bentonville. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of children and pedestrians crossing the street on the way to and from school, working in school neighborhoods, and interacting with parents, children, and community members.

Job Summary

As a Crossing Guard, you will play a vital role in community safety by facilitating safe crossings for students, parents, and staff at designated locations.

Primary Duties

• Safely guide pedestrians across designated intersections or crosswalks
• Monitor traffic flow and stop vehicles as needed for safe crossings
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and drivers to promote safety
• Maintain compliance with all safety practices
• Candidates in Bentonville are preferred due to short response times required to the job site.

Compensation

Bentonville School Crossing Guards earn $15.50 per hour plus bonus time. Shifts are available before and after school. Working both shifts results in 2 hours per day and a total earning of $46.50 per day.
