Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small group counseling to identified students
• Consult with school personnel, parents/guardians, and partners to enhance understanding and interventions
• Provide crisis intervention counseling to individuals and families
• Coordinate resources and refer students to services as needed
• Interpret data to guide student goal setting and planning
• Maintain documentation of therapeutic services and risk assessments
• Collaborate with administrators to increase access to services and support diversity
