Sunbelt Staffing seeks a qualified School Counselor for an on-site elementary contract in Massachusetts. The long-term substitute position runs Nov 5, 2026 through Dec 23, 2027, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 37.5-hour work week. You will deliver counseling services, support student growth, and work closely with the school team.

The role requires an active School Counselor license and experience with elementary students, plus strong collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid School Counselor license required

• Commitment to working on-site (virtual work is not accepted for this role)
• Prior counseling or long-term substitute experience in schools preferred
