ProCare Therapy is seeking a contract school counselor to support 3rd-5th grade students in Westminster, CO. The role focuses on advancing social and emotional learning and helping students navigate academic and personal challenges during the 26/27 school year.

You will deliver direct counseling, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure student growth and well-being. The position offers a stable, full-time contract in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a school counselor or equivalent counseling role.
  • Strong understanding of social and emotional learning best practices.
  • Background working with elementary-aged children, particularly grades 3-5.
  • Experience providing support for special education populations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards in a school environment.

Responsibilities
