Responsibilities include delivering data-driven counseling, individual and group sessions, and collaboration with families and staff. A Master’s in Counseling and CO School Counselor endorsement are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Counseling and required state licensure.
• Experience working with students in a school setting preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and have a valid CO driver’s license.
• Endorsement as School Counselor in Colorado is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver a data-driven, comprehensive school counseling program based on the ASCA model.
• Provide individual and small group counseling for academic, career, and social/emotional development.
• Deliver classroom guidance lessons, including college and career readiness standards.
• Respond to student crises and refer to appropriate professionals as needed.
• Support student transitions, registrations, and academic planning with families.
• Collaborate with admin, parents, staff, and community to implement plans and interventions.
• Promote inclusive practices and engage families in education; maintain confidentiality.
