Job summary

Catapult Learning in Orlando, FL is seeking a School Counselor to support students’ behavioral, personal, emotional, and social development. This role offers both full-time and part-time options at Clarcona/Lockhart sites, with ongoing resources and support to create a safe, inclusive school environment.

You’ll advocate for students, conduct assessments, provide counseling in small groups and classrooms, connect families with community resources, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field is required.
• Experience working with K-12 students is desirable.
• Experience as a school counselor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.
• Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling.
• Conduct learning assessments to reveal students' strengths and areas for growth, informing referrals as needed.
