• Uses data to inform the school counseling program design and impact.
• Collaborates with health team, admin, and Head of School.
• Supports review of course catalog and advisement program.
• Communicates program goals to students, faculty, staff, and parents.
• Develops annual written delivery plan for counseling program.
• Plans and delivers classroom guidance aligned with goals.
• Assists students in academic and social skill development.
